Rankings and Tie Breaking Procedure


Teams are ranked for playoffs at the end of every season. A team’s ranking determines the playoff schedule. Teams are ranked based off its win-loss record. Each win, loss and tie are worth a certain amount of points that contribute to a team’s final ranking. 


Win = 3 points

Loss = 0 points

Tie = 1 point

Amendment: If a number of teams have been scheduled to play an uneven amount of games during the season, then win percentage, including ties, will be used to calculate and rank team standings. 

Tie Breaking Procedure

In the event there is a tie among teams, the following procedure will be used to determine playoff standings: 

1. Win Percentage 

2. Point Differential 

3. Coin Toss
